It Went to the His State of Mind...
A Fictional Moment...
I had been interviewing about a dozen or so men and women to handle some subcontracted accounting work for my company. My company is a small company, so I only needed someone on a part-time basis. One particular applicant stuck in my mind because looking at him, I had the distinct sense that he really needed the work. It was after he gave me his business card and I looked at it that I knew that I was absolutely right in my assessment.
