Checking In

I offer an apology for my absence during the last few days.

The company I work for has been acquired by another company. I am having to stick around in order to qualify for a severance package. In the meantime, I am working part-time for for the company that I will be going to after my old company officially shuts down. In a word, I am working two jobs now and have barely enough time to catch my breath. I feel very fortunate that I have been able to land on my feet.

I tried to start a couple of pieces for Inside My World. These posts are sitting on my desk waiting for me to complete them. I will do my best to present you with some new pieces by this coming weekend. So if you are looking for something new on my weblog, you will not have long to wait. I appreciate your patience and I will reward that patience with what I hope you will find to be some really interesting posts in the next few days.
